Today, on a whim we decided to go to the movies.
Kung Fu Panda.
Came home to find we’d been robbed.
My laptop, gone.
Kelly’s laptop, gone.
Other various items of value, gone.
Kelly’s new car, stolen from the garage.
I’m going to go throw up now.

Kelly, at first I thought you were kidding. I am so so so sorry. I hope your insurance is better than mine. After this I wonder why even have insurance if everything isn’t covered?

I’m so grateful your little family is safe and sound. It it such a horrifying thing to happen. I’ll pray they find the people and your stuff, especially your laptap with your precious photos and videos. This is the time I think of having Carbinite.com to back up all our files. I’m glad your cameras weren’t touched and Kelly D. didn’t lose the wedding pics he shot in Minninsota this weekend. Love you guys.

I am so sorry to hear this has happened. I can’t even imagine what you are going through. I am glad you were not at home when this happened. Is Molly okay? I hope you can get your pictures back. I guess that is something we can all learn from. Back up our computers!!!I am so sorry you have to go through this.
Pam, Yes! Molly proved to be worthless today. She was asleep in the walk-in closet. When I walked in there to check on her, she looked kind of frightened.
But still, I was like…”What’s up girl? Where were you????”
I wouldn’t be surprised if she wagged her tail and gave the thief her standard sniff-your-crotch welcome.

What to say that hasn’t already been said…I’m just so sorry! There is nothing worse than knowing someone’s got your stuff and has been through your things. You feel SO violated. Glad you weren’t hurt. You have each other.
No! What a nightmare! You and Koryn can swap war stories now. Jeremy was just mad he wasn’t the one who came home to the thief–wouldn’t that be awesome to arrest them on the spot? Anyway, I’m so sorry. I can’t think of anything worse to lose than pictures and video, that is horrible. I hope you start feeling safe soon. I’ll start locking my doors now.
